Ultrasonic Riveter consists of ultrasonic transducer, booster, horn, fixed sleeve, frame (with movement device) and generator. Its work principle is that ultrasonic force horn (force device) vibrates with high frequency, forcing riveting end to shock the work piece with high speed. Because of the high speed, most energy can? transfer to the inner of work piece; the shocked part of work piece is deformed, the riveting work is completed.
